Bilingual Inside Sales Representative
Overview :
The Inside Sales Representative works with customers to determine their needs, provide solutions, and ensure a smooth sale and delivery process.
They respond to customers’ questions, demonstrate products, and process orders.
Salary : Full time 40+ Hours per week - $24.50 per hour (Monday-Friday)
Responsibilities :
- Initiate outbound sales calls to potential clients to identify and qualify leads.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Assess client needs and propose customized solutions to address their requirements.
- Exceed sales targets by employing effective negotiation techniques and closing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and product knowledge to articulate value propositions to clients effectively.
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated experience in inside sales or a comparable role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in negotiation and closing techniques.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Assist in shipping, receiving, general inventory, and merchandising tasks.
- Stay updated on products, their applications, competitive pricing, and emerging market trends.
- Handle a high volume of calls, responding to upwards of calls daily.
- Engage in continuous learning by attending educational workshops to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
- Knowledge of BisTrack software is an asset.
