Integrated Staffing is hiring an Admin Coordinato r on behalf of our client, a leading organization in Saint John, NB . This full-time role offers stability, competitive pay, and the chance to contribute to a fast-paced and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate and efficient data entry and filing

Provide administrative support to daily operations

Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while handling tasks for extended periods

Qualifications

Proof of clear criminal record check (within 3 months of hire)

Excellent computer skills (MS products, Bringg, TruckMate, web-based programs)

Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills

Ability to focus on filing and computer keying for extended hours

Compensation & Details

Hours : 40 per week

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 10 : 00am – 7 : 00pm

Pay Rate : $20 / hr
