Overview

We’re Quandri, our mission is to build a trusted & delightful journey for insurance consumers by transforming the service experience with AI. Our Renewal Intelligence Platform is designed to help brokerages save time, increase profitability, and drive better outcomes for their staff, clients, and business.

We saw 3x ARR growth last year and are re‑writing what is possible in our category. Named one of LinkedIn’s Top Canadian Startups 2 years in a row, we have already made a big impact on the insurance industry and startup landscape. What matters most is making our customer’s lives better one renewal at a time. We are building a world‑class team to do this and want you to be a part of that journey!

Today’s renewal process is often reactive, with brokers focusing on clients who request help rather than adopting a proactive, data‑driven approach. Quandri is revolutionizing renewals by offering a platform that uses AI and automation to streamline operations. This allows brokerages to retain more business, enhance client and staff experiences, reduce E&O risk, and boost sales through upselling and cross‑selling.

To do that, we model our culture as a crew of interstellar astronauts. As Quandronauts, we’re committed to building a company that is diverse and multi‑faceted.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the CEO’s inbox and highly dynamic calendar, ensuring alignment with priorities.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics for the CEO and for the leadership team.
  • Serve as liaison between the CEO, leadership team, customers, prospects, investors, and external partners.
  • Prepare briefing materials, speaking notes, agendas, and follow‑up communications and actions from meetings and events, including the leadership meeting.
  • Track and manage key projects and commitments, ensuring timely follow‑through.
  • Drive internal communication and alignment—draft announcements, emails, and presentations for the CEO.
  • Support all‑hands & board meeting preparation, and investor relations.
  • Represent the CEO with professionalism and empathy.
  • Build trust and strong relationships across all levels of the company.
  • Model our guiding principles in every interaction.
  • Carry out periodic personal life admin for the CEO (5% of role).

The right person for this role will have

  • 5+ years experience supporting C‑level executives in high‑growth tech companies.
  • Exceptional organization, written and verbal communication, and attention to detail.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong situational awareness.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a fast‑moving culture.
  • Calm and composed under pressure and working to tight deadlines.

Our guiding principles

  • Customers at the core – we prioritize their needs above all else.
  • Move with urgency – we default to acting fast while making deliberate choices when necessary.
  • Be curious – we seek deeper understanding behind why things are the way they are.
  • Excellence in execution – we commit to excellence in everything we do.
  • Act like an owner – we think long‑term and own our results.
  • Fight for simplicity – we streamline solutions and avoid unnecessary complexity.

Compensation and benefits

  • The range for base pay is $90k – $110k, dependent on level of experience, performance, and choice of stock option compensation.
  • Employee stock options based on experience level.
  • Comprehensive health benefits, including a $500 Lifestyle Spending Account.
  • Four weeks of paid vacation per year.
  • Parental leave top‑ups: 6 months for birthing parents, 8 weeks for non‑birthing parents (up to $100,000 annual salary).

Diversity and inclusion

Quandri is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. As an equal‑opportunity employer, Quandri adheres to Canadian labour laws and does not engage in discrimination based on race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age, or any other status protected under Canadian law.

Don’t let imposter syndrome stop you from applying. Great people sometimes don’t have the “right” experience. If you think you’ll be amazing at this role, we encourage you to apply.
