connect people, and we’re looking for a seasoned Event Producer or Event Manager to support our growing portfolio of events.
If you’re an experienced producer who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and
loves shaping the creative and operational heart of an event, we’d love to meet you.
You are a confident and highly organized event professional with 5+ years of experience
producing a range of live events, from intimate gatherings to large public celebrations. You
communicate clearly, collaborate naturally and bring both creativity and thoughtful
planning to every project.
You lead with calm and initiative, guiding teams, managing priorities and supporting strong client and stakeholder relationships. You care deeply about creating meaningful experiences and bring curiosity, professionalism and pride to your work. Most importantly, you’re energized by being part of a team that values connection, creativity and delivering exceptional events that leave a lasting impact.
We believe collaboration fuels quality work. Our team works 2–3 days per week in our
Vancouver office, with flexibility to work remotely on other days. During peak project
periods, in‑office or on‑site collaboration may increase to support project needs.
Salary range: $85,000–$95,000, commensurate with experience.
