  • Collaborate with municipal, utility, and regulatory agencies to navigate planning and approval processes and keep projects moving forward.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, scope, and project quality to ensure successful, predictable outcomes.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide technical oversight during construction-related activities.
  • Mentor and elevate emerging professionals across the Calgary municipal design practice.
  • Contribute to proposal development, including scope definition, fee development, and RFP response strategy.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • 10 to 15+ years of experience delivering municipal infrastructure projects for public and private sector clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and active P.Eng. designation in Alberta.
  • Proven capability leading complex municipal engineering projects and multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of Alberta municipal processes, permitting pathways, and infrastructure standards; exposure to mountain-region projects is an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience designing water, sanitary, stormwater, and roadway systems.
