Rental Accounts Collector (1 year contract)
Toromont is looking for a Rental Accounts Collector to join our team! This position will be responsible for frequently checking the accounts receivable of rental business unit, managing collection files, working close with the credit team.

On a typical day, YOU :
- Analyze the Accounts Receivable related to the rental business unit.
- Investigate the root cause of the late payments.
- Contact the customer to collect the overdue amount.
- Control the PO due date on active agreements.
- Update the rental agreement to reflect the latest PO.
- Submit the cycle invoices thru customer portals.
- Control re-rent units (AP and AR).
- Collaborate in all projects or work related to the rental department.
Must-haves for this role :
- E.C. in the science of administration, university education an asset combined with 3-5 years of experience.
- Bilingual French and English (an asset).
- MS Office software knowledge, including Word and Excel, and of DBS / SAP system (an asset).
- Positive attitude and professionalism; ease with communication. Multitasking. Team spirit. Attendance and punctuality.
Attention to detail. Self-reliant. Organizational skills and priority management.
