About the role

We’re looking for a Software Developer to join Bold on a 3–6 month contract. You’ll work in an AI‑enabled development environment, designing and maintaining software patterns that allow AI tools to generate high‑quality, secure code. You’ll collaborate with the team to ship maintainable, reliable software while leveraging AI to accelerate development.

This is a fast‑paced role for someone who moves quickly, embraces modern tools, and enjoys problem‑solving in a flexible, AI‑driven workflow.

What you’ll do

• Write code selectively to handle complex logic AI cannot fully automate.
• Review AI‑generated and human‑written code for correctness and maintainability.
• Build and maintain automated tests to validate functionality and prevent regressions.
• Continuously refine workflows to improve accuracy, consistency, and development speed.
• Ensure code follows security best practices and is optimized for long‑term maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and release processes.
