Development Manager - skate.(Hybrid/Remote)

Responsibilities

You will work with production partners and leads to manage a variety of disciplines including artists, designers, software engineers, QA and other production staff.

You will help keep the project schedule and support the development team from one project phase to the next while ensuring quality, collaboration and communication.

You will provide task and backlog management to employees across diverse skillsets within a single project team

You will support planning, scrum and sprint retrospective sessions with their team in an Agile development framework

You will partner with Development Directors and production to manage scope and quality

Qualifications :

3+ years project management or team leadership experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Experience engaging and motivating remote and hybrid teams

Experience in project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile
