A provincial Digital Health initiative focused on improving and enabling healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The program aims to deliver efficient and effective IM/IT processes across the healthcare sector.
Role Overview
The organization is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support organizational change initiatives for digital health transformation projects. The resource will lead change management activities, stakeholder engagement, training development, and readiness planning across healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead organizational change management activities including readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change planning
  
• 
  Develop and execute change management and communication strategies for healthcare initiatives
  
• 
  Engage clinical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and support adoption
  
• 
  Design and deliver training materials and curriculum for healthcare process changes
  
• 
  Support implementation of standardized clinical plans across multiple healthcare organizations
  
• 
  Facilitate change initiatives related to EHR implementations (e.G., Altera Sunrise or similar)
  
• 
  Provide change leadership and advisory support across digital health projects
  

Mandatory Qualifications

• 
  Certified Project Management Professional ( PMP)
  
• 
  Prosci Change Management Certification
  ITIL Foundation Certification
  

Required Skills & Experience Organizational Change Management

• 
  Minimum 10 years experience performing OCM activities including readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications, and change planning
  

Healthcare Business Analysis

• 
  Minimum 10 years experience in business analysis within a healthcare environment
  
• 
  Experience eliciting and documenting stakeholder requirements
  

Clinical Change Implementation

• 
  At least 3 years experience implementing standardized clinical plans across multiple healthcare organizations
  

Training & Curriculum Development

• 
  Minimum 5 years experience developing training materials and curriculum for healthcare process changes
  
• 
  Experience supporting large organizations (1000+ employees)
  

EHR Implementation

• 
  At least 1 year experience implementing or upgrading Altera Sunrise or similar EHR systems in clinical environments
