The Opportunity

SRA Staffing has partnered with a well-established construction software company within a global software group to hire a Senior Product Manager . This organization builds mission-critical ERP and operational software used by construction firms across North America.

This is a senior, hands-on product role focused on owning the roadmap and delivery of core construction and field-management solutions. You will work closely with engineering, QA, UX, customer success, and senior leadership to modernize and evolve a mature product portfolio while continuing to support an established customer base.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for core construction software solutions
• Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner closely with engineering and QA through the full SDLC, from discovery through release
• Engage with customers, internal stakeholders, and support teams to gather feedback and validate priorities
• Balance new feature development with technical debt, scalability, and platform modernization
• Support go-to-market activities including release planning, internal enablement, and documentation
• Present roadmap updates, tradeoffs, and progress to senior stakeholders
