The Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key part in the daily operations of our warehouse by handling a wide range of tasks—including receiving, organizing, picking, packing, shipping and inventory. You will also serve as a critical point of contact for both internal teams and external partners, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and accuracy. This role will work onsite in our Calgary location on day shift from 8 : 30 a.m. – 4 : 30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing paperwork for shipments, efficiently and accurately process, allocate and ship all customer orders and transfers.
• Print, review and check all shipping documents for all Shipments checking for accuracy, such as product, size, length, and total pieces.
• Create Bill of lading and any other shipping documentation associated with each shipment.
• Manage shared mailbox and reply to all requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Communicating any issues, questions or concerns clearly and in a timely manner to supervisors / managers.
• Assisting with inventory counts and management.
• Inspect machinery before use to ensure it is working properly.
• Ensure full compliance with all operating, sanitation, and safety standards.
