• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively gather requirements, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with requirements management tool, JIRA for documenting user stories and defects.
• Thorough knowledge of Agile principles and experience working in a Scrum environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address potential risks and issues within projects.
• Completion of L3 training in Guidewire Policy centre certifications, Insurance domain certifications
