Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Pilates Instructor located in Calgary, AB. The Pilates Instructor will lead group exercise sessions, provide personalized guidance to clients, and create an engaging and supportive training environment. Responsibilities include executing FS8’s unique workout programming, offering coaching for proper form and technique, assisting clients in meeting their fitness goals, and maintaining a clean, safe studio environment. The instructor will also foster a welcoming community atmosphere and ensure a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Pilates Instruction and Group Exercise facilitation
• Knowledge or experience in Physical Therapy and related practices
• Proven experience in Teaching and providing personalized coaching
• Excellent Customer Service skills to build meaningful client relationships
• Certification in Pilates or fitness instruction is highly preferred but not required
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about fitness and well-being
• Ability to create an inclusive and supportive environment for individuals of all fitness levels
