Registered Nurse

TheRegistered Nurse practices as a member of the multidisciplinary team under thestandards of Accreditation Canada, the Ministry of Health, Ministry of LongTerm Care and policies of Deep River and District Health.

Position Relationships

Reportsdirectly to the Manager of Clinical Services - Acute Care. Works as a member ofthe health care team to co-ordinate care in response to the identified needs ofclients.

Duties :

• Practice as a member of the multidisciplinary team to provide qualitynursing care and education for patients and their families.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures.
• Supports and demonstrates the mission, vision and values ofOrganization.
• Other duties may be assigned and may not be limited to the scope of anindividual department.

Qualifications :

Demonstrated ability to perform well incritical and high stress situations required.
