Who You Are :
You are a customer focused self-starter with critical thinking and learn-always mentality. You have several years of experience managing delivery of software and consulting projects, including expertise in project planning, team management, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

What You’ll Be Doing :
You will be working with Director of DevOps and Process Re-engineering in the management of multiple client engagements to ensure timely delivery of customer deliverables with quality we can be proud of.
Towards that, you will be
- Leveraging your knowledge of Atlassian products like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo. Managing implementations, system upgrades, migrations, maintenance, and support for the above products.
- Coordinating with cross-discipline teams (across Trundl and our clients) such that all parties are on track with project scope, resources, and schedule.
- Working with teams to identify, track and resolve issues / roadblocks and manage risks.
- Delivering projects on-time while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Owning and communicating project status reports to the team and stakeholders.
- Establishing project communication plans and leading their execution.
- Facilitating effective meetings with customers and Trundl teams.
- Coordinating development of training materials and other artifacts as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to clients.
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
- Managing customer satisfaction within project transition period .
What You Will Bring In :
- 5+ years of relevant project management experience.
- Track record of successfully delivering software and technology consulting projects.
- Impactful verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical, and customer-focused organization with a client base that is growing fast.
- Proficiency to work with people at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence. We use these tools to manage our projects of course!
- Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or some variation of Agile methodologies.
- Agile and / or project management certifications.
- Atlassian certifications.
For Brownie Points, You Can Also Bring In :
Understanding of Agile frameworks and scaling those frameworks for teams and organizations. Knowledge of using Atlassian tools to effectively perform the above requirements.

Pay : CA$75,000-$90,000 per year
