What Will You Be Doing Day to Day?
- Act as a key point of contact between clients, carriers, sales, and internal teams
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues or escalations with professionalism
- Coordinate shipments and ensure smooth execution from pickup to delivery
- Prepare, review, and manage shipment documentation
- Maintain accurate and organized records in internal systems
- Monitor shipments and proactively address delays or issues
