About Krystalite GT Inc. is a proud Canadian manufacturer based in Fergus, Ontario, specializing in sustainable PET packaging solutions. We provide innovative thermoformed and sheet-line products using recycled PET (rPET), supporting industries such as food service and retail with eco-friendly alternatives.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our market presence. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in growing our customer base, developing long-term relationships, and promoting sustainable packaging solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new business opportunities and manage existing client accounts.
- Sell thermoformed and sheet-line PET packaging solutions with a focus on sustainability.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Represent Krystalite GT at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of sales experience in PET packaging (thermoforming and sheet-line preferred).
- Strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel within Canada (and occasionally beyond).
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Packaging Technology is an asset.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an advantage but not required.
