Job descriptionSupport clients by understanding their needs and providing product and service solutions Build and maintain strong customer relationships through in-person visits, phone calls, and emails Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and service offerings Energetic, outgoing, and motivated individual with a willingness to learn Field experience or post-secondary education in oil and gas, energy, or industrial technologies is an asset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools Ability to travel and conduct site visits as needed
