Team Leader - Disability Supports, Full-Time

In Your Role You Will

• Provide frontline supports in the programs and supervision / program administration duties (scheduling, supervision, training, reporting, etc.)
• Work a combination of days, evenings and weekends, as required
• Manage the daily operation of the program(s) (facilities, equipment and staffing)
• Ensure comprehensive / accurate recording and reporting of information (e.g. daily logs, incidents reports)
• Approve time sheets and related payroll documents
• Complete staff performance reviews / improvement plans and individual support plans.
• Be available for on call rotation
• Prior to confirmation of employment, all applicants must provide a copy of a current Criminal Record Check and / or Government Screening Letter. These checks vary depending on province and sector and will be communicated by the Program Hiring Team.
