Accounting & Financial Analyst

We are seeking a senior Accounting & Financial Analyst to support month-end close financial reporting treasury activities and cash flow preparation while partnering closely with the FP&A team. This role requires strong accounting fundamentals advanced Excel and financial modeling skills and experience working in a project-based asset-intensive environment such as elevator construction and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Close Support

Support monthly quarterly and annual close processes

Prepare journal entries accruals and account reconciliations

Perform variance analysis and investigate fluctuations

Support audits and internal control requirements

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Produce month-end financial reporting and management analysis

Support budgeting forecasting and scenario modeling activities in partnership with FP&A

Analyze working capital liquidity and cash flow trends

Treasury & Cash Flow

Prepare short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts

Support treasury-related activities including liquidity monitoring and reporting

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance(Must) / CPA designation or active progress toward late stages of completion(Preferred)

3 years of experience in accounting and / or financial analysis

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements

Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas and financial modeling

Experience supporting month-end close and reporting

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred / Assets

Experience in a construction project-based or asset-intensive industry(Preferred)

Experience working with Oracle ERP

Exposure to EPM and / or SAP consolidation tools

Prior FP&A support experience
