Tasks
- Performing the full accounting cycle, including inputting and correcting entries.
- Reconciling bank accounts.
- Preparing and submitting monthly tax filings.
- Conducting monthly account reconciliations.
- Managing accounts payable and preparing payments.
- Responding to enquiries from clients and suppliers.
- Preparing month-end and year-end documents.
- Ensuring monthly accounting audits and acting as a key resource person for Imperial Dade Canada.
- Performing various office tasks, including drafting documents, keeping records, and filing.
- Assisting with employee payroll preparation.
- Conducting various Excel analyses.
- Assisting the accounts receivable clerk with customer collections.
- Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- DCS in Accounting or relevant training.
- At least three years of experience in an accounting technician role.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Excellent mastery of French and English (oral and written).
- Knowledge of the Office suite.
