Starboard Recruitment, on behalf of our client, is searching for an experienced Product Manager. Opportunity is with a leading Canada based tech company.

Job Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth product discovery to identify user needs and define clear product specifications.
Collaborate closely with designers and developers to build and refine product prototypes and MVPs.
Develop and implement data-driven product analytics frameworks to monitor key metrics and collect user insights.
Leverage data analysis and user feedback to guide product enhancements and drive continuous innovation.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
Work alongside geology and data science SMEs to convert technical requirements into actionable product functionalities.
Partner with the content team to create detailed training materials and product documentation.
Interact with customers to gather insights, validate assumptions, and enhance the product experience.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager with a proven history of delivering successful software products.
3-5 years of product management experience.
Strong expertise in product discovery, requirement gathering, and analytics-driven decision-making.
Deep understanding of agile methodologies and hands-on experience in agile environments.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
Experience with data visualization tools is an advantage.
Background in working with technical SMEs and translating complex concepts for broader teams.
Experience managing data-intensive products.
