• Proven supervisory experience in retail management or fitness center operations.
• Strong background in sales management, customer service, and team leadership.
• Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
• Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, purchasing, and store management practices.
• Demonstrated ability to develop training programs and lead staff development initiatives.
• Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse communities.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in negotiation, marketing strategies, interviewing techniques, time management, organizational skills, math aptitude, and phone etiquette. • Bachelor's degree in sports management, business administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a management role within the fitness industry
