A Day in the Life :

Reporting to the Reliability Excellence Superintendent the Millwright is a multi-skill role that involves supporting various areas of maintenance management, maintenance reliability, and maintenance operations. The distribution of work amongst these areas is dynamic and based on the changing needs of the maintenance department.

This role will provide mechanical support services to plant operations, install new services, maintain safety of employees and facilities, communicate with vendors, create purchase requisitions, keep accurate records, and participate in emergency and weekend callouts.

They will also maintain equipment logs and be available for overtime based on plant demands.

Position Details :

• Work Schedule : This temporary position typically operates on a 5 x 8 shift schedule. Please note that the specific hours and days may change based on operational needs and requirements.
• Hourly Pay Rate : $44 / hr

What You'll Be Doing :

Future and additional responsibilities :

Assist in the development and implementation of Maintenance reliability strategies; including, but not limited to : Mechanical Integrity (MI) initiatives and activities (UT, Oil analysis, Vibration analysis)

Develop detailed work instructions, including : planned work, PM tasks, standard operating procedures (SOP), and training

Root cause / corrective action

Assist in the development, implementation, and management of predictive maintenance strategies

Participate in the development of and management of planned maintenance shutdowns and outages

Support site Management Of Change (MOC)

Participate in site Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) activities as needed
