MUST HAVES :
- 10 years of experience in planning and organizing testing efforts for both large and small systems in GUI and non GUI environments
- Demonstrated experience with business clients, supporting user acceptance testing and participating in UAT activities.
- Demonstrated experience in executing functional tests, non-functional tests, and systems level integration tests
- Demonstrated experience Knowledge and experience in the use of DevOps tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
Description
Responsibilities :
- Works in partnership with clients, advising on IT to meet business objectives or overcome problems
- Improves structure and efficiency of an organization's I&IT systems
- Provides strategic guidance on Information Management & IT technology, IT infrastructures, and business process enablement
- Offers subject matter expertise and highly expert technical assistance
General Skills :
- Acts as the technical advisor / expert on specific deliverables
- Provides quality assurance / quality control of specific deliverables
- Anticipates and resolves problems to ensure deliverables are completed within budget and to the highest quality
- Develops processes and procedures for implementing deliverables
- Prepares reports and presentations including options, recommendations, and implementation plans
- Works with clients to define project scope and requirements
- Defines software, hardware, and network requirements
- Analyzes I&IT requirements, providing independent and objective advice
- Designs, tests, installs, and monitors new systems; develops solutions and implements new systems
- Familiar with change-management principles and methodology
- Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies, and practices
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the following :
- Planning and organizing testing efforts for both large and small systems in GUI and non GUI environments
- Experience in planning, organizing and implementing testing efforts at the specified levels of proficiency
- Knowledge and experience in the use of DevOps tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Experience in coding automated test scripts to produce sets of automated test cases
- The ability to prepare summary and detail reports describing testing activities
- Experience with business clients, supporting user acceptance testing and participating in UAT activities
- Experience working with / within Service Oriented Architecture and testing web services.
- Experience working with client customer support representatives to assist in data set up for training and

- Experience in requirements and test plan walkthroughs and in carrying out static testing
- Experience at the specified experience level in setting up user access and user profiles, backup and recovery, and day-to-day computer systems operations.

0 and 2.1 level A and AA.

Government Business Process Experience - 5%
- Working experience on applications that automate internal government business processes such as Websphere, e-Forms, JDBC, and Business Objects Enterprise etc., would be an asset.
