🌱 What You’ll Do

The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for sampling all inventory material and performing minor laboratory activities in both Chemistry and Microbiology laboratory. Here’s what you can expect in your role :

• To follow instructions and procedures as outlined by the Microbiology Supervisor.
• To perform daily sampling of raw materials and purchased items upon receiving.
• To perform daily sampling of manufactured items and finished goods upon completion.
• To maintain overall sanitation of the sampling booths and their contents.
• To maintain quality documentation logs and checklists.
• To maintain laboratory tracking system log of sampled goods.
• To be able to transition into the chemistry or microbiology laboratory based on Microbiology Supervisor’s discretion, performing minor lab testing activities (i.e. Physical testing, media preparation, administration duties).
• Working in compliance with the company’s Health & Safety Policies / SOPs including but not limited to the Safety Responsibilities Procedure.
• Will comply with Good Manufacturing Practices in all GMP sensitive areas of Jamieson Laboratories Ltd. facilities.
• To perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

For this role, the posting range is $38,990 - $66,840, which reflects the full salary range of the position. The actual salary offered will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, level of education, and other professional qualifications aligned with the requirements and complexity of this position.
