Support a leading insurance organization with a hybrid role based in Ontario. Handle client billing inquiries, manage customer communication across channels, and contribute to a high-volume contact center. This position combines service excellence, technical accuracy, and professional communication in a dynamic environment.

What is in it for you :

• Hourly salary of $19.15.
• 6-month contract.
• Full-time position : 37.50 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday, between 8 : 00 am and 8 : 00 pm.
• 2 weeks of on-site training required.
• Hybrid schedule based on a smart working model : 50% of working days in-office per month.
• Office days rotate weekly : Tuesday and Wednesday one week, then Tuesday to Thursday the next.
