A leading name in the eye care industry is expanding its dynamic team in Mississauga, ON, and we need a Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative who is ready to make an impact.

This is a 6-to-12-month contract with a very real potential to convert to a permanent, long-term career. If you’re looking to sharpen your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment where your bilingualism is celebrated, this is your sign to apply.

The Details:

Pay: $26.00 - 30.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Enjoy your weekends!)

Location: Mississauga, ON (100% onsite)

Responsibilities
-Receive inbound and outbound calls, handling up to 50 per day.
-Provide exceptional customer service in English and French via phone and email.
- Entering orders in the SAP system at high volume
-Process orders and handle escalations and inquiries.
-Collaborate with healthcare professionals.
-Achieve key performance indicators and maintain exceptional service on all interactions.


Qualifications
-Fluent in French and English.
-Minimum 1-2 year of call center/customer service order management experience
-Self-motivated, quick learner, and tech-savvy.
-Nice to have: SAP/Salesforce/Microsoft Excel
