Job Description
Martensville Collective Health and Wellness (MCHW) is seeking family physicians to join our growing, collaborative primary care team in Martensville, Saskatchewan, just 10 minutes north of Saskatoon.
We are an established, physician-owned community clinic with a strong focus on team-based, patient-centered care. As an Innovation Fund clinic, we are continuing to expand our interdisciplinary team and the supports available to both our patients and providers.
Physicians have the flexibility to build a practice that reflects their interests and preferred scope of practice while maintaining longitudinal care at the heart of it. Opportunities are available in longitudinal family medicine, obstetrics, after-hours walk-in, long-term care, sports medicine, etc.
Full-time and part-time arrangements are available, and we look forward to discussing a schedule and practice structure that works for you.
Our Team
Our current and expanding team includes:
- Family Physicians
- Nurse Practitioner
- Registered Nurse (pending)
- Social Work (pending)
- In-house private physiotherapy
- Experienced full-time Medical Office Assistants
- Additional administrative and team support
Our shared team office includes individual workstations and is intentionally designed to ensure collaboration and support remain the core of what we do. We foster strong relationships with local allied health care providers and community partners further strengthening our team.

Job Qualifications
The candidate will hold certification or be eligible for certification from the . Successful applicants will be eligible for a provisional or regular licence with the to practise in Saskatchewan and be able to obtain and maintain membership on the Saskatchewan Health Authority practitioner staff.
