Responsible To : Community Development Coordinator

Anticipated Start Date : January, 2026

Salary : $25,631 - $29,643 per hour

Union : CUPE

Anticipated Shift : Primarily days; evenings and weekends as needed

Position Summary

This position is part of the NorWest Co-op Community Health Youth Employment Supports for Success and will provide direct support to a target population of 17 to 29 years of age to help reduce education and employment barriers. This position will facilitate employability skills training to a group and then help transition the participants to an employment work experience opportunity. This position will provide mentoring and job coaching one on one and group basis while the participants are registered in the program. This position will seek out interested employer partnerships that will establish a partnership and be a direct link for a successful work experience for all participants.
