WHAT'S THE JOB?
This position is a temporary 18-month contract, full-time role with the potential for extension at the end of the contract. There will be an occasional need for evening & weekend work. Travel is not regular, but there will be projects that require field travel, as needed. This position is Edmonton based and required regular in office attendance.
Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, as the Process Analyst, you will be a participant in the planning, implementation, administration, and sustainment of operational processes and related systems. You will use your knowledge of both frontline operations and business systems to analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for processes to ensure all operational, contractual, and financial reporting needs are achieved.
As a process analyst, you will be working with a wide variety of stakeholders ranging anywhere from frontline staff, up to executive leadership teams. The format of the meetings can include :
A key role of the process analyst is to drive projects to ensure they stay on track and are completed on time. This means regular communication with stakeholders and regular updates with project teams.
