We aren't looking for "ticket takers." We need a Senior Developer who wants to own the architecture. You will be part of a 20+ person elite tech team, building in-house tools that replace legacy mortgage workflows with seamless, automated experiences.

Youll be working within a modern Cloud-Native ecosystemdeploying to Kubernetes, leveraging AWS, and building AI-driven features that accelerate our mortgage lifecycle.

What Youll Do

• Architect & Build : Co-lead the development of complex features using PHP and React, ensuring code is scalable, secure, and performant.
• Drive AI Innovation : Help us implement and scale AI / LLM integrations to automate document processing, data extraction, and predictive analytics.
• Modern Infrastructure : Own your deployments within a Docker and Kubernetes environment.
• Security & Compliance : Maintain the high bar set by our SOC 2 Type 2 status, ensuring data integrity and secure API design are never afterthoughts.
• Problem Solve : Translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions that provide a competitive edge in the Canadian market.
