Cabinet Sprayer Finisher

Heritage Mill Works Ltd. is a Custom Cabinet and Millwork Manufacturer located in Hanwell, NB, just outside of Fredericton and serving all of New Brunswick. . We are a small to medium sized shop, employing and average of 8-10 workers year round. We have an opening in our shop for a Sprayer/Finisher. An artistic touch is a great asset. Industry Experience, Painting Experience or Spraying Experience is also an asset. The successful applicant will be required to set-up and operate spray finishing equipment, mix paints and stains, apply paints and finishes to wood and other materials, apply glazes and other special finishes. They will be dependable and have an excellent work ethic, take pride in their work and in the company that they work for, be self motivated and able to work independently, be able to organize their time to complete work in order to keep jobs flowing on schedule, be able to work well with other members of our team, pay close attention to detail, not mind repetitive tasks and long periods of standing, be able to lift heavy objects, work carefully and safely in a shop environment, be able to work overtime when required to meet schedule, and be flexible and willing to help out in other areas of the shop and on job sites when necessary. Compensation starts at $19-$25 per hour, depending on experience with the opportunity for increase after 6 months to 1 year. A Health and Insurance plan is available through our Company.
