About the Role

Answering client phone calls
Booking appointments
Managing clients expectations
Answering client emails
Assisting in day-to-day tasks
Delivering photo and video material to clients
Helping with social media
Print client booklets
Bank runs

Requirements

Preferred one-year in an admin role or customer service type role

Preferred but not required knowledge of Social Media Channels including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter

Preferred but not required knowledge of Constant Contact

Salary : $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year to start

Schedule : 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
