What you’ll do :

Operating in a diverse and highly competitive retail environment, the Team Member will perform their responsibilities in line with our Core Values and Brand, including but not limited to :

You will contribute to providing Services in a diverse number of areas such as : Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Coaching, Performance Management, Training and Development, Investigations, Employee Relations, and Total Rewards;

You will be required maintain a high level of confidentiality, positivity and reliability.

You will ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, professional standards and applicable laws and regulation;

You will participate in updating work documents;

You will provide support for compensation & benefits, health & safety, employee wellness, attendance management, diversity & inclusion and job profile maintenance;

You will be required to run reports and meet deadlines;

Supporting departmental operations, including planning and booking meeting rooms, ordering supplies, and coordinating services for events and training.

File HR and Health & Safety documentation and maintain spreadsheets for tracking certifications, compliance, and reporting.

Support Team Member requests, claims, invoices, expenses and general administrative duties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Work collaboratively with internal teams and Senior Management.

Assisting with planning special events such as the annual service awards, and other extracurricular happenings

Other projects and assignments as required.

Who you are :

This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 24 hours per week, with travel throughout our trading area.

Commitment to ongoing development in the industry and relevant experience preferred. We are looking for a positive, approachable, and motivated individual with a drive to learn. Candidates will demonstrate the following :

Previous experience with recruitment and other related duties.

Ability to provide a clean drivers abstract and operate a company vehicle.

Administrative experience working with all types of computer programs (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Understanding of our Values (Integrity, Community, Teamwork).

Professional, people-first, Guest service skills.

Ability to work effectively with all other Team Members.

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
