For the Operations Coordinator position in Winnipeg, the role oversees rental counter administration to ensure smooth, customerfocused daily operations. This position is also responsible for all yard activities, including the checkin and checkout of trailers.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Manage trailer checkin/checkout processes, rental documentation, and transaction records.
• Coordinate with service teams to process repairs and ensure equipment availability.
• Dispatch trailers and support customers by providing the appropriate units based on their needs.
• Handle phone/email inquiries and uphold all Health & Safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the trailer/transportation industry Asset but not required
• Intermediate computer skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work outside in all conditions.
• A team player who takes initiative and learner attitude
