Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee infrastructure operations with a focus on land development, underground utilities, and water and sewer installation. This leadership role is responsible for guiding project teams, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting business growth through effective execution, client relations, and strategic planning.

Your success will be defined by your ability to :

• Lead and develop Project Managers and support staff to achieve consistent, high‑quality project execution
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements
• Drive business growth through strategic planning, opportunity development, and strong client engagement
• Monitor financial performance, forecasting, and project metrics, implementing corrective actions when necessary
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to regulatory and environmental standards
• Collaborate with estimating and pre‑construction teams on bids, planning, and project hand‑offs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, municipalities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Provide guidance on complex project issues, scheduling, procurement, and risk management
• Support resource planning, equipment utilization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Align operational priorities with broader company objectives through active participation in leadership discussions
