What You’ll Be Doing

As an HVAC Technician, you’ll be part of a skilled team responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems in our commercial properties to ensure comfort, safety, and energy efficiency.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

  • Performing inspections, maintenance, and servicing of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
  • Diagnosing issues and completing repairs on HVAC systems and related components.
  • Assisting with monitoring and basic operation of building automation and energy control systems.
  • Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with applicable safety standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Responding promptly to HVAC-related service calls and emergencies.
  • What You Bring To The Team

  • 2nd to 4th -year registered HVAC Apprentice eager to continue developing skills and advancing their career.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and solid troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
  • Physically able to lift 25+ kg and work on rooftops and in confined spaces.
  • Assets

  • Experience with building automation and energy management systems.
  • Gasfitter certification (Class A or B).
