Responsibilities
Develop conceptual designs to communicate with clients and stakeholders in collaboration with team and Project Manager.
Research, source and specify manufacturers for finishes, furniture systems, fixtures as required.
Develop deliverables in REVIT or AutoCAD required at various project stages including functional programming, schematic design, working drawings, and contract administration.
Perform site audits or surveys to document existing conditions.
Support and assist as necessary with contract administration during construction.
Qualifications
Registered as an Interior Designer in Manitoba, or eligible to be registered.
College diploma or university degree in Interior Design from a CIDA accredited program.
Related work experience in Interior Design.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Experience with Interior Design drawing package coordination and production.
Experience in functional programming and selecting materials and furnishings.
Ability to travel to rural project sites.
Compensation :
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK and YT : $69700 - $92300
MB and ON : $63600 - $87500
NB, NL, NS, PEI and QC : $62900 - $83600Disclosure :
