If so, America Fujikura Limited (AFL) has an exciting opportunity for you to join our MxU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) team as a Field Service Manager.

What you’ll do

As the Field Service Manager for MxU team, you will play a pivotal role in leading, developing, and motivating a team of MxU Technicians within your designated geographical area.

Your responsibilities also include day-to-day management of the MxU program and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of operations.

You will be responsible for :

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a team of technicians to deliver first-class customer service.
  • Manage and direct technician activities, ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures.
  • Ensure services meet customer expectations and organizational goals.
  • Remove roadblocks and escalate issues to resolution, prioritizing unparalleled customer satisfaction.
  • Interpret and enforce policies, fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
  • Coach, mentor, and support technician team members in their ongoing professional development.
  • Ensure on-site adherence to health and safety regulations and procedures, prioritizing team member safety.
  • Foster positive relations within the team and uphold organizational values and reputation.
  • Adhere to and promote environmental, health, and safety policies, contributing to a safe and sustainable workplace.

To be successful in this role, your background includes :

  • Passionate about leading in an operations environment and helping the team solve operations challenges
  • Demonstrated experience 5 years in a relevant professional capacity
  • Comprehensive understanding of telecommunication infrastructure installation
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, adept at prioritization, multitasking, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines with precision
  • Self-driven and proactive with strong problem-solving capabilities, capable of working autonomously
  • Proficiency in taking ownership and proactively resolving challenges and issues

Working Conditions :

  • In-field environment with travel required up to 25%, including within and out of province.
  • Work Schedule : Monday to Friday
