  • Monitoring assigned projects, reviewing required reports, and identifying challenges and opportunities for improvement to mitigate risk and ensure deliverables and outcomes are achieved
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the VCF and Vancity to continuously improve data practices, support innovation, and strengthen community‑impact reporting
  • Providing coaching and technical support to the Foundation’s internal teams for performance measurement, impact reporting, data analytics and visualization, research, and evaluation and extending this to external stakeholders - community partners, Donors, investees, grantees, and tenants at 312 Main

  • Proven ability to administer and maintain databases and related systems, ensuring accurate data entry, updates, and reporting across multiple programs
  • Experience developing and refining systems, tools, and processes that support effective data management, including application or review platforms and evaluation frameworks
  • Strong skills in translating program and stakeholder needs into clear data requirements, dashboards, or reports that support decision‑making and compliance reporting
  • Ability to monitor projects, review reports, identify risks or opportunities, and recommend improvements to ensure deliverables and outcomes are achieved
  • Comfort working collaboratively across teams and roles, acting as a key point of contact for data‑related questions and support
  • Extra Skills That Set You Apart :
