Job description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise / AWS Architect to assess, modernize, and optimize our current Oracle database landscape while supporting enterprise-level architecture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate the current Oracle database environment, including data models, performance, scalability, and security posture.
Identify technical debt, migration risks, and modernization opportunities across database and application layers.
Recommend future-state data architecture, optimization approaches, and cloud-aligned patterns leveraging AWS services and best practices.
Work closely with architecture, integration, and engineering teams to provide database insights, dependencies, and integration considerations.
Contribute to cloud strategy, roadmapping, and solutioning ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and AWS architecture frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or database modernization roles.

Strong expertise in AWS cloud architecture , including RDS, Aurora, EC2, S3, and data migration services (DMS, SCT).

Deep understanding of Oracle database architecture , performance tuning, and data modelling.

Experience with cloud adoption frameworks, modernization strategies, and migration assessments.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
