Direct Support Professional Flex Full Time

Permanent Full-time position with a mix of 8- 12-hour shifts. Including days evenings and weekends

Full G License required and proof of vehicle insurance (required to drive agency vehicles)

Will be cross-trained in multiple homes with a variety of support needs

Will have regularly scheduled hours with the understanding that shift times / locations may be altered to accommodate last-minute call-ins staffing shortages

Direct Support Professional(DSP)employeeswork with people who experience developmental disabilities as they live in their homes and communities. This position assists people in their daily life working with them and their connections to ensure that they can live fully Support Professionals recognizepeoples rights to direct their life understanding that each person has unique gifts and needs andtheysupport people to learn skills for their own growth and development.
