Our client is seeking an Intermediate Change Manager to roll out strategy with OCM lead on ITSM initiatives with an enterprise environment
This is a position requires 3 days a week on site in Calgary
Must Have :
- 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) with knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience supporting the development of communication plans
- Must have experience with SharePoint
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Key Deliverables
Communication Planning : Aid in the development of communication plans to ensure timely and effective dissemination of information related to change initiativesTraining and Development : Assist in the design and delivery of training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to changes in processes, systems, or structuresProvide hands-on support during the implementation phase of change initiatives, including monitoring progress, addressing issues, and reinforcing change messages
