Key Responsibilities

• 1–3 years of experience in a maintenance shop, dealership service center, or industrial warehouse environment.
• Process all invoices and purchase orders for shop materials, equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain shop inventory.
• Process all repair orders in a timely manner.
• Handle all expense records for installations, containers and rolling stock.
• Answer telephone calls in a courteous and businesslike manner.
• Assist with Accounts Payable.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
