As a full-time Architectural Technologist for our Single-Family division, you are based in Edmonton and are responsible for the following :

A Day in the life of a Architectural Technologist :

• You’ll utilize your knowledge of mechanical, electrical and structural drafting to create working draws, based on the concepts and designs of the creative design team.
• Modifying working drawings.
• Drawing job changes.
• Collaborating with the Sales Teams to answer questions regarding building code, structural changes, plot plans, permits, design changes etc.
• Providing support to the construction field staff on drawings.
