Robert Half is recruiting now for an experienced Account Manager to fulfill a contract/temporary role for our Calgary Client. As the successful Candidate you will be responsible for initiating and managing the full life cycle of the business strategic, creative, and production processes. This role focuses on mass advertising or digital marketing ensuring that all projects assigned are executed to plan. You have significant understanding of the creative and production process combined with strong client service orientation, organization, and attention to detail. This role is located in Calgary, AB.

Job Requirements:

MUST HAVES:

• 3 + years proven working success in a similar client service/marketing/communications manager role with proficient knowledge of mass advertising or digital marketing in large, multifaceted organizations
• In-depth working knowledge of the following: HubSpot, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Account Management
• Excellent experience with the creative and production process and good understanding of digital marketing processes and technology
• Strong experience in developing digital experiences and websites
• Excellent client service orientation, strong interpersonal skills with solid organization and attention to detail
• Excellent project management experience with organizational and time management skills being highly motivated to manage and complete projects in a timely manner and on budget
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to design and deliver presentations and communicate ideas clearly to all levels of stakeholders
• Degree, certificate, or diploma in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Science or equivalent
• Google analytics and/or HubSpot certifications are a definite asset
