What are your contributions to the team?

  • Support supplier source inspection activities (frequent travel)
  • Provide technical support and monitor deliverables and quality requirements
  • Participate in investigations of quality issues, initiate corrective action requests and contingency plans
  • Evaluate the quality performance of the various suppliers assigned to your mandate
  • Plan and validate first parts inspections (FAI) with suppliers
  • Participate in various internal governance processes and submit progress reports on projects
  • Ensure completion of the mandate in accordance with established objectives
  • Develop positive relationships with internal collaborators.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have a bachelor's degree in engineering
  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in quality and / or operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in the aerospace or automotive industry
  • You work with a minimum of supervision
  • You are a team player, a good communicator and a self-starter. Leadership and interpersonal skills
  • You have good oral and written communication skills in English and French
  • You have experience in manufacturing and assembling components with GD&T
  • You possess knowledge of aviation regulations and associated quality standards
  • You are able to travel.
