What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide

Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products

Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

Maintain broad knowledge of client products, such as smartphones and computers

Deliver exceptional customer experiences while offering additional products and services

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule

High school diploma or GED

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

Proficiency in computer navigation and a quiet, distraction‑free workspace

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Technical support experience

Familiarity with iOS and / or MacOS or comparable technology

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Strong focus on building customer relationships

A desktop or laptop for testing purposes
