Location : Chartwell Balmoral

Schedule : 3hrs / month + private services

Status : Independent Contractor

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
• Collaborate and supervise the Physiotherapy Assistant in providing treatments.
• Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
• Complete all documentation on required platforms in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
